Isle of Jura 1974 30yo (44.5%,OB,Finished in Gonzalez-Byass Matusalem Oloroso Sherry Cask)
C: browm
N: 酸梅, 醃菜, 雪莉, 沉悶的酵母.
P: Sour, cacao, coffee's bit, 酸味與苦味非常平衡, 變化豐富, 焦糖
F: bitter, sour, very long.
難道....酸菜是Isle of Jura的酒廠風格??? 8.5
大師 Richard Patterson 是這次眾所矚目的大師級人物, 生動的解說以及對英格蘭人的揶揄相當有趣, 只是說把酒灑在地上有點浪費...
