N: very flowers, some plum, 奶油甜(Condensed milk?)very much, mint.
P: woods, Condensed milk very much, light body, cacao, hint of coke.
F: long, woody, Condensed milk.
恰到好處的木頭味, 豐富的花香味及奶油甜味, 略帶一些薄荷, 可可, 很適合夏天午後的一款酒.
酒體呼應聞香的感覺, 淡雅細緻, 隨後出現的可可, 些許焦炭味又帶出了他的複雜度. 8.9

當中聞到的奶油甜, 很像是煉乳, 烘烤過的奶油加上甜蜜感, 讓我想到之前Rosebank很多款酒都出現這樣的風味, 社團的反應也很兩極, 朋友之前做過模具, 他說這種味道很像新塑膠的味道, 的確在某些新的塑膠製品的確是可以聞到很類似的味道, 我是很喜歡這種味道! 社員陳醫師分享的酒, 在此感謝
