水煎包
其實我覺得這攤水煎包應該改名叫炸菜包...
他在做的時候根本沒看到水...一般都是加水下去煎,可是我每次都是看到滿滿的油,然後包子在裡面炸...
這是華夏工專對面一間書局門口在賣的,華夏工專前面的華新街總共只有兩攤在賣水煎包的攤子,這是靠近門口的這攤,賣了10幾年依然是3顆20元,口味還蠻特別的。
炸的酥酥的外皮,
,還有滿滿的高麗菜內餡,當早餐還蠻適合的。
