Balvenie 1996 12yo(61.2%,OB,Refill Bourbon Barrel, C#9844,WIP)

C: light gold.
N: grass, 麥芽糖, 酒精
P: 油, 蜂蜜, 麥芽糖, 甜!, 可可
酒精有點刺鼻,
聞到青草味,讓我想到Glenfiddich,但風格是明顯不同
畢竟是不同的still 的產品,
這就是明顯的風土條件吧我想。
在同樣的空間、同樣的水源,必定會留下些什麼。
