玉乃光 純米大吟釀 備前雄町100%
N: 新鮮龍眼,花香,些許酵母
T: 水果般的甜味帶頭,緊接而來的是豐富的酸味,口感偏濃 8.5
這款酒號稱100%使用古早的酒米米種備前雄町,古早的酒米米種,米心較大顆,可取得的米心較多,但早期的稻米漲的較高大,加上稻穗較重,收成時容易受到天災的影響,因此酒廠跟農家契約栽種此米種,成本應該也較高.
此款酒配餐的話較適合搭配油脂豐富的鮭魚生.
