Balvenie 1996 12yo(60.5%,OB,Sherry butt 1st fill, C#4685,WIP)

N: 烏梅,雪莉,dry.
P: 太妃糖,雪莉,豐富的乾果香,可可
F: 回甘的苦
第一次聞時覺得很怪,
大魔王說這是標準雪莉味,實在是很難想像...聞過他的杯中雪之後
原來是品酒會進行到此約三十分鐘,味道已經改變剩下麴味.
重新倒過之後聞倒的果然好太多
